Slam! Clang! Goes the cell door,
No good night from the screws,
The many poor lost souls,
Retire to bunk bed pews.
The chorus through the night,
The oh so many different tunes,
The shouts are made in fright,
The screaming of the loons.
The thumping of the walls,
The kicking of the doors,
The cell alarm goes off,
Brings violent footsteps..... on the floor!
