Poems by Martin Farquhar Tupper (1810 - 1889)

The poet Martin Farquhar Tupper was born in London. He went to school at Charterhouse and to university at Christ Church, Oxford. He qualified as a lawyer, but was more interested in other things, ending up an antiquarian and writer.
